AcquireEU is a B2B data aggregation platform. We collect, aggregate, and display information regarding distressed companies and insolvency filings sourced from publicly available official government registries across Europe.

We are not financial or legal advisors. The information provided on AcquireEU does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Always conduct your own independent due diligence before making any acquisition or investment decisions.

2. Data accuracy and availability

While we strive to keep the information on AcquireEU accurate and up-to-date, we source our data from third-party public registries. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

3. User accounts and subscriptions

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Enterprise "Team" plans include a set number of seats. Account sharing outside of designated team seats is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to scrape, export in bulk (beyond provided export tools), or reverse-engineer the platform's data or infrastructure.
  • Resell, redistribute, or build a competing commercial product directly using our raw data feed.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcquireEU and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or any decisions made based on the data provided.
