At AcquireEU, we want to ensure you have ample time to evaluate our platform before committing financially.
14-Day Free Trial
All new subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to the platform's features associated with your selected tier. You will not be charged until the 14-day trial period has ended.
You can cancel your trial at any time from your Account Settings. If you cancel before the 14 days have passed, your card will never be charged. We also send an automated email reminder 48 hours before your trial is scheduled to convert to a paid subscription.
Refunds for Subscriptions
Because we offer a generous 14-day free trial risk-free to evaluate the service, we do not offer refunds on subscription charges once they have been processed.
When you cancel a paid subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the platform until that cycle ends, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical failure of the platform preventing access for an extended period).
