Cross-border deal flow for restructuring and M&A teams
AcquireEU turns European insolvency notices and succession signals into a short, ranked list with the official source attached. It is built for the people who do the screening: managers in restructuring, transaction services and corporate finance who need a credible target or a credible answer fast.
Three ways teams use it
Find targets for a buy-side mandate
A client wants a bolt-on in another country. Filter the shortlist by country, sector and size band, then open the registry source and the practitioner contact for each case. You start with a short, ranked list instead of a registry crawl.
Route sub-threshold deals instead of turning them down
Cases too small for your firm’s own mandate threshold still have a buyer somewhere. Pass the company page to a client or contact: it shows the procedure, the date and the source, so the forwarded message stands on its own.
Check a cross-border situation in minutes
When a client asks about a company or a market you do not cover, the country pages explain the local process, the official source and how fresh the data is, before you contact a local colleague.
What you can rely on
Questions from advisory teams
What exactly do I get for a given country?
It depends on the country, and the site says so. Fund-grade countries (France, United Kingdom, Norway, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia) carry the registry key, the procedure date and company size from filed accounts. 10 more countries are notice-level leads where size is not published. Anything a registry does not publish is shown as "Not disclosed".
Where does the data come from?
Official registries, gazettes and court notices. Every case links to its source. We do not estimate missing values and we do not guess sectors from company names.
Can I try it without involving my firm?
Yes. Sign up with a work email for the free trial and look at the countries you work on. There is no firm-wide commitment, and you can forward individual company pages to colleagues or clients.
Do you store personal data about owners?
Owner age is stored as an age band only, never a birth date or a personal identifier, and owner names are not stored in the succession lists.
Look at the countries you cover
Try it on a live mandate or a market a client has asked about. If it saves you a morning of registry searches, forward it.
